Laszlo Cravensworth AKA Regular Human Bartender

Barn Name: Laszlo

Reference: What We Do In the Shadows

Ahhh, feast your mortal eyes upon this most exquisite creature… a charming 14-year-old Thoroughbred gelding, standing a statuesque 16.2 hands high—yes, quite tall, quite majestic, like a dark prince surveying his domain. Acquired from the distant and mysterious lands of Maine (Hemphills, if you must know), he arrived not merely as a horse… but as a legend in the making. And not just any legend—oh no—he is also, how do you say, a Regular Human Bartender. Completely ordinary. Nothing suspicious there whatsoever.

The young Cynna first encountered this magnificent beast at Camp Crescent Cove, where—how shall I put it delicately—he absolutely obliterated the competition. The other horses? Forgotten. Dust. Mere background extras in the grand opera that is Laszlo. With his refined upbringing among hunters, he possesses both the raw talent and the irresistible charisma of a true superstar. One might say… he does not seek attention—it simply gravitates toward him.

Now, personality—ah, yes. Laszlo is delightfully honest and, dare I say, a bit of a chatterbox. Always ready to engage, to connect, to impose his presence upon the unsuspecting. When he first entered the herd, he came in with the confidence of a conqueror, eager to claim dominion. But alas! The formidable matrons Naya and Josie quickly reminded him that even the most dashing newcomers must bow to established power. A humbling experience… but a necessary one.

Under saddle? Ohhh, divine. An extraordinary dressage horse, a thrilling jumper—and that canter… how do you mortals describe such a sensation? Ah yes—like riding upon clouds. Soft, floating, utterly intoxicating. One might even forget oneself entirely.

And yet, beneath all that grandeur lies a creature of deep affection. Laszlo adores people. Craves them, even. Personal space? A curious and somewhat negotiable concept he continues to explore with great enthusiasm. His warmth, his eagerness, his undeniable magnetism—it all makes him an absolute delight.

Truly, we are blessed—blessed!—to have this handsome, talented, slightly chaotic being in our barn. Every moment with him is a delicious little drama… and we would not have it any other way.
