Wrenacyn is much more than a place to ride. It is a community built on the belief that horses deserve exceptional care, riders deserve exceptional instruction, and both thrive when surrounded by people who share those values. By becoming a member, you are investing in the long-term sustainability of a program where every horse is valued as a lifelong partner, not a disposable lesson horse. Your membership provides reliable support that allows us to offer consistent, high-quality programming while ensuring our horses receive the best care every day of the year. Furthermore, membership helps preserve the facility, equipment, and welcoming environment that make Wrenacyn unique. Membership isn't simply about access to programming,  but becoming part of a community with a shared responsibility to protect something truly special. Together, we can ensure that Wrenacyn remains a place where horses are cherished for life, riders are developed with intention, and the values of respect, responsibility, and excellence continue to define The Wrenacyn Way for generations to come.								

How it Works:

• Consistent Scheduling: Your private and/or group lesson time is locked in for the entire membership duration. No need to reschedule week-to-week or month-to-month.

• Predictable Billing: Memberships are billed monthly over 10 months, August through May. (**Memberships can be renewed in June 2027 and will follow a 12-month billing cycle moving forward)

• Note: Wrenacyn closes for designated holiday and maintenance weeks throughout the year, which is why this membership structure accounts for 11 weeks of lessons per season, rather than 13.

Rescheduling and Cancellation:

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your private lesson, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer that time to another rider. Missed group lessons cannot be rescheduled.

Members may reschedule a private lesson within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time by using one of their annual late reschedule allowances. 4 Season Members receive four late reschedule allowances per year, while 2 and 3 Season Members receive two per year. Once all annual late reschedule allowances have been used, any additional reschedule requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated, and the lesson will be forfeited.

To cancel a membership prior to the completion of the 10-month billing cycle, members must provide 30 days' written notice. Because memberships feature discounted promotional rates where services are rendered faster than billed, early cancellation will result in a final closeout invoice for 50% of the remaining contract balance.

Next Steps After Checkout:

1. After completing your purchase, click "Use subscription" to select your lesson times. You may need to re-enter the code you were given at checkout, so keep this handy.

2. Select your preferred private lesson time for the first week of the upcoming season. For Fall, this is the week of September 7th. Our team will handle the rest and automatically reserve that exact time slot for you for the remainder of the year!

3. If you are participating in group lessons, simply enroll for the Fall season, and we will automatically secure your spot for all subsequent seasons.
